LIFE- A beautiful gift by God to living ones, isn't it? No? Yes I can understand life brings STRESS along with happiness too. Have you ever imagined that how this stress can be so unhealthy for your mental as well as physical health? Over 70% of people are dealing with stress which can disturb their both mental and physical health. This makes life more worse to live. And that's how people tend to give up on their lives, give up on the BEAUTIFUL GIFT by God.
Can we restart our life? Can we be free birds again? Can we maintain our health despite of these daily chaos and jumble? Of course, we can! Let's start! oh, sorry let's RESTART ;-)
Follow these points to REFRESH your life so that all the ERRORS made(by you or other person in your life) can be DELETED or RECTIFIED.
POINT 1: Believe in yourself
Before starting, let us do a small but impactful exercise. Get up and stand front of a mirror near by you. Have a look at yourself. Not the way you look externally, the way you look INTERNALLY. Feel the connection with your inner self and build a trust on yourself because you are the only person who can understand your feelings. You know why? 'cause the person with whom you have spent most of the time is YOU only! and no one else.
POINT 2: The deeper you go, more you get lost
Have you ever noticed the mystery of oceans? The upper parts look so beautiful with penetrating light rays through the water. However, the bottom ones, where the light rays are unable to reach, are left with DARKNESS where even a beacon will fail to help you find the way. Similarly in our lives(full of confusion) sometimes we go much deeper in certain thoughts which can tangle up and mess our lives. The more we try to figure out that what's right or wrong, the more we create confusion for ourselves. It's fine to leave some issues unsorted and just focus on the MOST IMPORTANT PRIORITIES.

Right when you need it the most
We all need a soul to rely on
A shoulder to cry on
A friend through the highs and the lows
It's okay to extricate all your tensity in the form of tears in front of someone who can handle you, who can prompt you. But it's def not okay to keep all the pessimism inside your head and leave it to corrode your brain for long time. Thus, just make a try and sort everything at first and have a hope in yourself as well as on the destiny.
Well if you don't like this option, there's another one for you.
JOURNALING is one of the best methods for the introverts who want to stay alone but can't be alone. However, most of the people take this for granted. Of course no one will like to write down the same repetitive things daily on a piece of paper, right? But this method is actually very effective and is scientifically proven too. No need to write each and everything of your day but at least write down some gratitude stuff and your life goals to keep you going. When the habit will get developed, you will see the outcome and will realize the POWER OF WORDS spoken by you to yourself. The GRATITUDE thing is going to help you and this can be achieved by journaling method.
